Mario Kart Wii is the most sadistic Mario Kart I've encountered. Not only does it force you to play alone to unlock virtually everything, but it makes you play time trials, do really well in time trials, and play the grand prix race - earning not just first place cups in them, but earning high rankings based on your performance on the track. You know, I never realized it before, but the fact that Guitar Hero III is the game to finally include "Rock You Like a Hurricane" on its setlist kind of makes the other games in the series a travesty.

Actually, I am blown away by how much consistently better this newest incarnation's soundtrack is when compared to any of the other GH games.

The retranslation of FFVI continues to amuse me. One of the people in Figaro Castle in the World of Ruin announces that the members of the Cult of Kefka at the Fanatics Tower insist upon spelling Kefka's name with C's instead of K's.
